The Land Trust for Little Tennessee
For seven years the Land Trust for the Little Tennessee (LTLT) has been working toward the conservation of the land now owned by The Cellars at Betty's Creek.
"The property owned by The Cellars at Betty's Creek represents one of the last great conservation opportunities remaining in the Cowee Mountains of North Carolina. Completing the conservation vision which has been developed in recent years, with a carefully designed residential subdivision linked with the permanent protection of the surrounding forest and farmland, will result in a world-class conservation project. This effort would generate significant public benefit, would create unique home sites of high value, and would be the right thing to do."
