Cline Cellars
Cline Cellars was founded in 1982 by Fred Cline in Oakley, California. It was near this site where Fred learned both the love for agricultural life & the mysteries of vinifying grapes into wine from his grandfather, Valeriano Jacuzzi (of spa and pump fame).
In 1991, Fred & his wife Nancy relocated the winery to the Carneros Region of Sonoma County on a historic 350 acre estate with new vineyards & facilities. Fred's innovation & experimentation led to producing rich, distinctive Rhone style wines for which he has garnered enormous acclaim.
The Cellars at Betty's Creek is proud to have Fred & Nancy Cline as principals & partners in this unique residential development that marries property ownership with the aesthetics & ambience of a vineyard setting, as well as fabulous private labelled wines.
